Our Commitment

Analytical Insider Inc. is committed to making analyticalinsider.ai accessible to all users, including those who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.

Conformance Status

We are an early-stage startup and our site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means some content does not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility barriers.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • Skip navigation links may not be present on all pages
  • Some dynamic UI components may not fully expose their state to screen readers
  • Color contrast has not been audited on all pages against AA requirements
  • Focus indicator visibility may be reduced on some interactive elements

What We Have Done

  • Logical heading hierarchy (h1 through h2) is used throughout public pages
  • Link text is descriptive throughout. No "click here" or vague link text.
  • All pages include a language attribute (lang="en")
  • No auto-playing media or seizure-risk content on any page
  • Cookie consent is available without JavaScript-only interactions

Please describe the barrier you encountered, the page URL, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Technical Approach

analyticalinsider.ai is built with Next.js and React. We rely on semantic HTML5 elements, ARIA attributes where needed, and keyboard-navigable components. We use Tailwind CSS for styling. Our target conformance standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant national enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In the United States, accessibility complaints related to web content may be directed to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
