By accessing and using Analytical Insider's AI Agent Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. AI Agent Deployment

Users are responsible for the AI agents they deploy through our platform. You agree to:

• Use AI agents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not deploy agents for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Monitor and manage your deployed agents responsibly
• Pay for usage according to our published pricing

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based charges are billed monthly. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Analytical Insider LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
